Pilot-host offer, feedstock and site fit, licence by field
The group brings a skid, a control loop, a measurement protocol and a named technical lead. The host brings a pad, firm or dispatchable power, process or RO water, a waste-aluminium stream with a known chemistry, a drain or a residue bay, and a safety officer who can own hydrogen and aluminium dust on that site. Hydrogen produced is the host’s to use, vent under permit, or refuse. Residue is the host’s to keep, sell or return.
What a first host is not signing
Not a take-or-pay. Not a performance bond. Not an exclusive on any field beyond a time-boxed option. Not equity. Not a press release. The first campaign is a measurement with a stop rule. If WP1 fails, the skid leaves and the host’s scrap stream is as it was.
Duration and scale
Mobilisation in weeks after a site HAZOP; a campaign of hundreds of hours, not years; a written yield, residue XRD and incident log at the end. 25 L class as filed — not a demonstration of a 2 MW plant. Anyone promising the second before the first is selling a brochure.
B2 Feedstock and site fit
Australian scrap in circulation is used internally at order-of 0.4 million tonnes per year. That number will be restated against the current National Waste Report before any offtake contract. It is a planning envelope, not a resource statement.

B3 Licence-by-field
One field, one licensee, one territory. Fields are industrial, not poetic. An option is a look; a licence is a right to practise. Indicative royalty architecture: a modest lump on exercise, a running royalty on hydrogen or residue sold, a minimum after a grace period, an audit right, and a grant-back limited to the field. Nothing here is a quote.

Each entry below is a use of a hydrogen skid, a residue, a process instrument, a standard or a training package. None is a measured deployment.
Smelter
