Aluminium smelter interior with hydrogen skid piping and molten metal glow

BOARD PAPER · CIRCULATION: NAMED RECIPIENTS

A managed aluminium–water interface. Fund a measurement. Host a pad. Licence a field.

Aluminium already makes hydrogen from water. The native oxide stops it. This programme is a way of governing that film — ultrasound, a pulsed field, water access and an impedance loop — so that a civil skid can be hosted at a smelter, a remelt, a mine depot or a port.
